Need an official Mishawaka High School transcript for college, employment, a scholarship, or your personal records? MHS uses Parchment to securely process transcript requests and deliver transcripts to colleges, organizations, or directly to you.
REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT THROUGH PARCHMENT
Before You Begin
Make sure you use an email address you can continue to access, especially if you are a graduating senior or former student. Follow Parchment's prompts carefully when selecting where your transcript should be sent.
How to Request Your Transcript
- Create or Sign In to Your Account
Visit Parchment and create an account or sign in to your existing account. If creating an account, use your personal email.
- Add Mishawaka High School
Establish Mishawaka High School as your home school.
- Select “Send Transcript”
Choose the option to send your transcript and follow the prompts to select where it should be delivered.
- Need a Copy for Yourself?
Select the self-view/download option if you would like to access a copy of your transcript for your own records.
